Life happens whether we want it to or not, with that comes stress, worry and all kinds of emotions. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to relieve those emotions without any pills or medications??? Well you can, with just a little exercise! Exercise is natural mood enhancer that can alleviate stress factors that are causing those headaches and migraines. Now don't get me wrong exercise can be like a drug as well but it's like a great drug that doesn't have any potentially crazy side effects. When done right exercise can truly be beneficial in more ways than one and not just to help cure that unwanted stress. Exercise provides a feeling of accomplishment, a peace of mind, confidence and not to mention you love how you look and feel after a good intense workout. Yes, exercise can do all those things and more for you! I can only speak for self but doing something that can improve my body, my mental health, my emotional well-being and spirit is a Win-Win to me. How about you???.
