What does self-care look like for you?


When was the last time you planned a quick getaway, learned something new, watched a movie, bought yourself some flowers or just spent 30 minutes by yourself? We don't do these things often enough and it shows through our lack of mindfulness. Mindfulness combined with self-care not only improves our quality of life but it also improves our focus and reduces stress. This in turn leads to us being more productive, better time oriented and leaves no space for the negative energy or emotions.


It doesn't take a lot, just dedicate 20-30 minutes a day to you doing something that you enjoy. I like to Rollerblade, listen to music, sit outside, write down my thoughts, or just sit and do absolutely nothing at all. Self-care has no limits as long as it's being done for self!!!
